中文摘要针对sld(super-luminescent diodes)光源的光功率和中心波长会随着驱动电流和工作温度的漂移而发生变化的现象,通过sld的工作原理对该现象进行了理论分析,基于8脚蝶型sld光源的实验,分析了光功率和中心波长受电流和温度变化的特点,分别建立了光功率和中心波长随驱动电流和工作温度之间关系的非线性数学模型,设计了sld光源参数不稳定性的补偿方案,对sld光源参数不稳定性引起的漂移进行补偿,从补偿前后光纤陀螺的测试输出脉冲数据可以看出,该补偿方法可以有效地改善光纤陀螺的在复杂工作环境下的长期稳定性,降低了光纤陀螺对恒流、恒温电路的要求。
英文摘要the theoretical analysis of sld (super luminescent diode) light source parameters stability is carried out base on the working principle. the variation of the optical power changes with the current and the temperature, and the variation of the center wavelength changes with the current and the temperature are researched. the experiments of sld light source current and temperature is done used the eight-pin butterfly, the nonlinear mathematical model of the optical power with the temperature and the current, and the nonlinear mathematical model of the center wavelength with the temperature and the current. the compensation scheme of sld parameters instability is designed. the drift instability is compensated. the output pulse data of the front and rear compensation are compared, as can be seen, the compensation method can effectively improve the long-term stability of fog in the complex working environment, reduce fog constant current, constant circuit requirements.
