英文摘要 | Herein, we report two distinct G-quadruplex conformations of the same G-rich oligonucleotide, regulated by a small molecule. This is the first report in which both right-and left-handed G-quadruplex conformations have been obtained from the same sequence. We discriminated these two distinct conformations and investigated their kinetics and thermodynamics. |
