中文摘要雷电是输电线路的重要威胁。雷击故障能够造成电力中断,雷击产生的过电压,会对用户微电子设备造成损害。国内外学者在雷电活动规律、雷击线路的物理过程和冲击电压下绝缘闪络机理方面做了大量的研究工作,建立起较为完善的输电线路防雷理论体系。使用雷电定位系统能够更为准确地得到雷电参数数据。雷电屏蔽模型根据线路参数计算绕击率、击杆率。采用杆塔和导线的雷电波过程分析可以得到电磁暂态结果。本文总结和分析了影响输电线路绝缘子雷电闪络特性的重要因素,得到了一些有价值的结论。线路使用的绝缘子安装型式有多种,但是人们对其耐雷电冲击特性缺乏足够了解。本文通过试验方法,研究了绝缘子串并联和V字型悬挂型式对雷电闪络特性的影响,可以为现场绝缘子安装提供参考。均压环使用时会由于绝缘距离下降导致跳闸率升高,本文尝试利用半导体和绝缘涂层方法提高击穿电压。对大气条件下,电极表面涂层对空气较长间隙冲击击穿特性的影响进行初步理论分析。认为试验间隙的击穿属于经典流注理论范畴,空气电离和光电离作用占主导地位,相对而言,涂层对电极表面电场畸变的改善和对电子发射的阻挡效应没有显现出来。本文还采用有限元计算软件进行电场计算,电场计算结果表明,绝缘子串悬挂型式将造成空间电场强度发生变化,从而影响空气击穿电压,并联悬挂绝缘子串随着间距的减小会造成两串之间电场强度增大,从而使得空气击穿容易发生。 Lightning poses a great threat to overhead transmission lines. Lightning stroke fault may cause power interruption and over-voltage due to lightning stroke may do harm to electronic apparatus. Researchers of home and abroad have studied the principles of lightning activity, physical mechanism of lightning stroke at lines and flashover or breakdown of insulation under impulse voltage. The relatively sophisticate theory system was established. Some lightning parameters may be acquired by LLS. Direct stroke rate and pole stroke rate may be obtained through Lightning shielding modeling. The lightning propagation analysis in towers and conductors can get lightning electro-magnetic transient result.Major influencing factors of lightning properties of insulators are analyzed and summarized as well as some valuable conclusions are presented in the thesis. Lightning properties of varied suspension types of line insulators were not well known and hamper the applications. Tests of lightning flashover characteristics of parallel and V-shape of insulators are carried out in the thesis, and may provide instruction to installation of insulators. Grading ring is originally applied to reduce non-uniformity of electrical intensity though they may cause the decrease of insulation distances. Electrode semiconductor and insulating coating method is experimented in the thesis in order to improve breakdown voltages. In the thesis, the preliminary theory analysis about the influence of coating on the impulse breakdown property is conducted. Relatively long distance air breakdown is classified to stream discharge theory, which air ionization holds the prominent places. In contrast, the improvement to the electrical field distortion and obstacle to electron injection may have little effect.Finite element calculation software is utilised to electrical field, It shows that insulator suspension type may cause change of electrical field, thus influence air breakdown voltage, The decrease of gap distance between parallel suspension insulators can increase electrical field intensity and make air breakdown easy to occur.
