中文摘要该文在分析了风光混合发电系统的运行结构以及混合发电系统的各种控制策略的基础上建立风力发电机、太阳能电池、蓄电池、柴油发电机、逆变器等部件的数学模型以及优化设计所需的各个部件参数的数据库。针对混合发电系统优化设计的非线性特征,该文讨论了一种解决混合发电系统非线性优化的方法。混合发电系统的优化问题由于可再生能源和负载需求的不确定性以及一些部件的非线性特性变得非常复杂。解决方案是选择适当的运行控制方案通过遗传算法搜索确定系统的最优控制策略和最优配置方案。在优化搜索过程中根据遗传算法在系统部件的容量不断改变的同时评估系统的性能。最后,该文对西藏那曲地区的一个实际村庄进行了计算机仿真优化,并对优化结果进行了经济性和可靠性分析。 New markets for renewable hybrid power systems are emerging driven by the growing technique of renewable energy. In order to address these emerging markets, an analysis tool is required for conducting preliminary hybrid system design and evaluation. To respond this need, this paper has developed the software for the optimization of the performance and cost of hybrid power systems. This paper analyzes various operation strategies and set up the mathematical model of hybrid systems, then the database of diesel generator, PV, wind turbine, battery is modeled. This paper presents a method to jointly determine the sizing and operation control of hybrid systems. The problem becomes complicated through uncertain renewable energy supplies and load demand, non-linear characteristics of some components are interdependent. The approach finds an optimum operation strategy for a hybrid system by carrying out a search through possible options for the system operation control. The costing of the operation strategies are evaluated and component sizes are changed by the designed algorithm according to genetic algorithms. At last the software is tested to a village in Tibet and the cost-effective, reliable design of these system is analyzed.
