中文摘要该文简要介绍了汽轮发电机定子绕组内部蒸发冷却的技术原理,着重介绍了一套基于此基础之上的用C语言开发的仿真软件。这套软件重建了汽轮发电机蒸发冷却系统的计算模型,增加了两相流阻计算中按不同平均压力的分别处理以及蒸发点计算中未蒸发段阻力的处理,提高了计算精度。同时,比较计算结果与实验结果,进行误差分析。并进行扩展计算,给出了维持平衡状态的调节方法。在200MW汽轮机定子模型上进行实验,效果较为满意。 The inner evaporative cooling system with pump in generator stators' windings is the new cooling function. Bring the thermal with temperature changing of liquid and the phase-changing is the character of that. The inner evaporative cooling system has more advantages comparing with the air-cooling function and the water-cooling function. For examples, its efficiency is higher, its maintenance is easier, and its insulation-, reliability is better. But the calculation is difficult. So the most important thing is to rebuild the mathematic model and to improve the precision. It's the leading of the world. This paper briefly presents the theory of the inner evaporative cooling system with pump in generator and a suit of simulation software developed based on it using C computer language. In this software, the calculating model was rebuilt . The dealing with division in two-phase flow resistance and the segment not evaporative when calculating the evaporative is added in order to improve the precision. The calculating result and the experiment result was compared to supply the reliable curve. Making the more calculation and give the method to maintain the state in balance. The result of the experiment in 200MW generator stators' windings is satisfactory.
