中文摘要混合动力电动汽车是当今发展节能环保新型汽车的热点之一,而整车控制策略是优化其性能的关键技术。本文以一种四轮驱动混合动力轿车为研究对象,以整车燃油经济性最优化和改进行驶平顺性为目标,对混合动力系统的能量管理策略和协调控制策略重点进行了研究,基于模型和自动代码生成技术开发了实际的控制软件,进行了全面的装车试验,验证了控制策略的有效性。 在能量管理策略研究方面,首先根据混合动力系统不同能量流动路径的能量利用效率分析,按照优先选择能量利用效率最高的能量流路径原则和蓄电池SOC平衡原则制定了规则型能量管理策略。然后建立了适用于能量管理策略仿真研究的前向型混合动力汽车仿真模型,对规则型能量管理策略进行了仿真研究。 接着本文针对规则型能量管理策略的不足之处,研究了基于等效燃油消耗率的瞬时优化能量管理策略。给出了混合动力系统不同驱动模式下等效燃油消耗率的计算方法,在此基础上制定了瞬时优化能量管理策略的具体实现算法,并利用建立的混合动力汽车仿真模型对瞬时优化策略进行了仿真研究。然后给出了依据瞬时优化策略对规则型能量策略进行改进的方法。 在协调控制策略研究方面,首先分析了混合动力系统在运行中可能出现的几种动态过程及其控制问题,对混合动力系统进行了动力学分析和建模。接着针对不同的动态过程制定了相应的协调控制策略,并对所制定的协调控制策略进行了仿真研究。 利用基于模型的控制软件开发方法进行了控制软件开发。建立的控制策略模型经过反复的仿真验证后,通过自动代码生成得到控制软件;与控制器平台软件进行集成后,建立了硬件在环测试系统进行逻辑测试;最后进行了装车后的转鼓试验和道路试验,对所制定的整车控制策略进行全面验证。大量试验结果表明,所制定的能量管理策略有效地减少了整车的燃油消耗,所制定的协调控制算法有效地改进了汽车在模式切换和换挡过程中的行驶平顺性。 Nowadays the automotive industry has put great emphasis on the developing of Hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), and the vehicle control strategy is a key technology to optimize the performance of HEV. In this thesis, by taking a four-wheel drive HEV as the research object, the energy management strategies and coordinate control strategies are studied to reduce fuel consumption and improve ride comfort. In respect of energy management, after analyzing the energy efficiency of different energy flow path for the hybrid powertrain system, a rule-based energy management strategy is developed which is able to choose the most efficient path and balance the SOC of the battery as well. A vehicle model is established and the rule-based strategy is tested by simulation on the model. Taking the disadvantages of the rule-based strategy into account, an instantaneous optimization strategy based on equivalent fuel consumption rate is proposed. The calculation of equivalent fuel consumption rate for different driving states is firstly introduced, and the optimization algorithm is developed and simulated on the established vehicle model. Since the instantaneous optimization strategy is very difficult to be applied to embedded control systems, a method to improve the rule-based strategy based on the instantaneous optimization strategy is provided. In respect of coordinate control, the thesis indicates several dynamic processes that may exist during the operation of hybrid powertrain. Based on dynamical analysis and modeling of the hybrid powertrain, several coordinate control strategies are developed regarding to different dynamic processes respectively. A forward dynamic model of the hybrid powertrain is established and the coordinate control strategies are verified through simulation. After that, model-based control application design method is adopted to apply the developed strategies to a test HEV, using automatic code generation. The control application is validated by hardware in the loop simulation. Road experimental results show that the improved rule-based energy management strategy effectively reduce the total fuel consumption on NEDC cycle and the coordinate control strategies successfully improve the ride comfort during dynamical processes.
