中文摘要电磁轨道发射是大电流放电技术的一个重要应用领域,具有广阔的发展前景。而电感梯度是电磁轨道发射中一个非常重要的参数,作用在电枢(弹丸)上安培力的大小与其成正比,直接影响电枢(弹丸)的速度、加速度以及系统的效率。 本文首先对世界上电磁轨道发射技术的研究现状做了简要介绍。建立了电磁轨道发射装置的Ansoft-Maxwell 仿真模型;并对电感梯度,外壳涡流损耗等进行了仿真研究,结果表明:导轨材料电导率越小,导轨的电感梯度越大,但是影响很小;宽度w,间距s,高度h相同时,T形截面导轨的电感梯度较矩形截面导轨的要大;外壳材料的电导率越小、钢壳厚度越小、导轨-钢壳间距越大,电感梯度越大。 文中建立了基于PSpice的电磁轨道发射仿真模型,并对实际发射过程中的电感梯度进行了研究。该模型能够对发射过程中的电流、电压进行仿真;可根据试验条件和要求,通过调整参数对试验结果进行预测和分析;可对电枢的速度和加速过程进行仿真。本文先后利用经验公式法和时频分析法对发射过程中的电感梯度进行了研究,结果表明:在发射过程中,电流频率是在逐渐减小的;而导轨的电感梯度是在非线性增大的。 The Electro-Magnetic Launch(EML) is an important application field of the High Current technology. The rail inductance gradient is one of the important actors during the EM rail launch, it determines the force acting on armature, the acceleration and muzzle velocity of the armature, the launch efficiency of the system. This paper introduces the domestic and overseas research about the development of the EM rail launch technology firstly. Then a model of EM rail launcher based on Ansoft-Maxwell is set up, by which lots of work about rail inductance gradient and shield current eddy is done. And the study results show that, the rail inductance gradient is greater as the material has a bigger conductiviy, but the influence of conductivity is very small. T shape rail has a larger inductance gradient than the rectangular rail when they have the same width, separation and height. The resluts also tell us the smaller the shield conductivity, thickness is, the greater the rail inductance gradient is . The simulation model of EM rail launch based on PSpice is set up, in which not only the current and voltage during the launch can be simulated, but the experiment results such as muzzle velocity can be predicted and analysed. It can still work when the experiment conditions are changed. In this paper the changing rule of rail inductance gradient during the EM rail launch experiments is also be studied by two kinds of method: Empirical Equation and Time-Frequency analysis, and the results show that, the current frequency is gradually decreasing while the rail conductance gradient is increasing during the launch.
