中文摘要接收整流天线是微波输电系统中的重要部分,其作用是将接收到的微波能量转换为直流能量输出。采用微带线技术的接收整流天线,具有体积小、重量轻,适合于大批量生产等优点,适用于大多数微波输电系统。 本论文首先介绍了微波输电技术的基本原理和发展状况,接着介绍微带接收整流天线的基本结构,并从理论上详细分析了接收整流天线的整流效率,指出了接收整流天线的设计原则。 第三章系统的描述了圆极化接收整流天线的设计方法,并测量了采用文中方法设计制造的圆极化接收整流天线的性能。设计圆极化接收整流天线主要是为了克服线极化接收整流天线的缺点,圆极化天线在工作中,接收和发射天线之间不需要严格的极化对准,适用于移动物体的微波能量传输。 圆极化接收整流天线由几部分组成:圆极化的接收天线之后是输入滤波器,作用是只让基波通过,阻止谐波;然后是接在传输线上的二极管作为整流电路;再是由微带线和大电容组成的输出滤波器,其作用是只让直流通过,阻止基波和谐波通过。这样,谐波被约束在输入和输出滤波器之间,以提高二极管的转换效率。电阻接在终端作为负载,用于测量输出的直流功率和电压。整个接收整流天线采用印刷电路技术制作在一块介质基板上。 利用实验装置对于圆极化接收整流天线的特性进行了测量,通过在不同极化夹角时圆极化接收整流天线输出功率的测量,以及和线极化天线的比较,证明了本论文中设计的圆极化接收整流天线输出功率不受极化夹角的影响,充分显示出圆极化接收整流天线的优点。 第四章以实验方法研究了二单元串联天线阵列、二单元并联天线阵列以及四单元天线阵列的特性,上述实验研究证明了利用天线阵列作为微波能量传输系统的接收部分可以获得更大的直流输出功率。还利用实验验证了提高阵列输出功率以及减小接收整流天线单元互耦的方法。本章的实验研究为具有实用意义的多单元天线阵列的设计和测量打下了基础。 Rectenna is an important part of the microwave power transmission (MPT) system, which is used to convert the receiving microwave into DC. The rectenna designed with microstrip technology, has the advantages of slight weight and small volume, so it is suitable for most MPT system. This dissertation presents the basic theory and development of MPT system firstly. Then this dissertation also presents the structure and principle of microstrip rectenna and analyzes the rectifying efficiency of it. In chapter 3, the design of circularly polarized rectenna is described. The rectenna is also tested to verify its electric performance. The circularly polarized rectenna is designed to overcome the disadvantage of linearly polarized rectenna which needs to be exactly aimed at transmitting antenna. The circularly polarized rectenna need not to do so, therefore it is suitable to be used in mobile application of MPT system. The circularly polarized rectenna is made up of the following parts: a patch circularly polarized antenna, the low pass input filter which is used to reject harmonic wave, a diode which is used as rectifier and the output filter consisting of a large capacitor and transmission line, and a resistor which act as the load for measuring the output DC power. Both input and output filters are used to store microwave energy during the off period of the diode. The whole rectenna is printed in one side of a dielectric board. The output power of the circularly polarized rectenna is measured with different polarized angel. Comparing the measure results with linearly polarized rectenna, it is proved that the output DC power of circularly polarized rectenna is not affected by the polarized angel, which exhibits the advantage of it. In chapter 4, the performance of rectenna array consisting of two series elements, two parallel elements or four elements is measured, which shows that the rectenna array could output more DC power when used in MPT system instead of one rectenna element. Some experiments are also conducted to verify the way to reduce the coupling of rectenna elements. These experiments and measure results point out the way to design multielement rectenna array.
