中文摘要在脉冲功率领域,电容器放电是获得脉冲源的主要方式之一。应用电力电子器件的高压充电电源能够快捷有效的对高压电容进行充电。传统的模拟控制式的充电电压不可以编程控制,可控性较差,操作麻烦,而且由温漂和老化所引起的误差无法保证系统的精度和可靠性。将DSP(Digital Signal Processing)数字控制技术引入充电电源技术, 能够增强电源的控制的精度和方便性。 本文针对高压充电电源的工作特点,对控制系统的数字化进行了研究,并对自行设计的高压充电系统的模拟控制系统进行改造,实现其控制环节完全数字化,可以精确的设置充电电压,并增加了许多保护环节,实际运行状态良好。 在第二章中,介绍和比较了几种常用谐振变换器拓扑的特点,重点介绍了串联谐振式的结构。这种结构具有充电电流恒定,抗短路能力强等优点,非常适用于给高压脉冲电容器充电。本文给出了电路的工作原理、优缺点以及主电路的仿真结果。 论文详细分析了各硬件单元的功能,原理和参数,根据设计需求提出最合理的解决方案。各软件模块的设计也与硬件电路相配合,最大限度发挥数字化控制的优势。运用光纤传输技术实现了控制电路地和负载电容器地的隔离。论文工作完成了DSP为控制核心的系统硬件的设计并完成了软件程序编制。有针对性地分析了系统设计中需要重点考虑的绝缘问题和抗干扰问题,并提出了相应的措施,使系统具有良好的绝缘强度和抗干扰特性。 设计、研制的数字化控制系统在高压充电机上得到实验验证和应用。实验表明,这套数字化控制电源控制方便,性能稳定。系统达到了预期的设计要求。 In the pulsed power area, the discharging of the high voltage capacitor is widely used. The High-Voltage Charging Power Source, using power-electronics components, can do charges to the HV capacitors conveniently. The conventional analog control mode has some shortages: hard and unprogrammable to control, insecurity of accuracy and reliability. Using DSP (Digital Signal Processing) in power source area, can improve the control accuracy and convenience. This thesis researches a method in which a digital control mode can be used in HV Charging Power Source. The control part of this source is totally digitized. The charging voltage is able to be set accurately. And there are many protecting section. In Chapter 2, the LC series resonant structure is illustrated. This structure can supply a constant charging current with strong immunity of short circuit. It’s suitable for HV power source. The principle and the parameters of the main circuit are introduced. The parameters are verified by a computer simulation method. In the following chapters, the designs of the control circuit which including hardware design and software design are both introduced in detail. Some certain methods, based on needs, are proposed. Those methods can maximize the advantage of digital control. A fiber isolation system is referred in this paper, which is used to transmit the linear signal of the charging voltage and provide the isolation between the control system and the load capacitor. In addition, the EM circumstance is analyzed and some protective and anti-interference methods are mentioned. The experiment proves that the usage of digital control mode in charging power source is successful. DSP makes the power source system simpler,more convenient and reliable.
