中文摘要能源危机促进了电动汽车的发展,作为其关键部件之一的电机驱动系统的可靠性直接影响着电动汽车的广泛应用,因此,电动汽车电机驱动系统可靠性研究意义重大。 本文在分析电动汽车电机驱动系统故障模式的基础上,建立了电动汽车电机驱动系统故障树,并采用故障树分析法定性分析电机驱动系统可靠性。通过故障树分析方法,确定了电机驱动系统可靠性薄弱环节,分析了电机驱动系统可靠性的影响因素。 为了获得电机驱动系统可靠性影响参数的相关数据,自主研制了一套车载路试测试系统,该测试系统具有测量精度高、同步性好、可扩展性强、体积小、安装方便等优点,将它应用于121线纯电动公交车获得大量数据。通过样本分析,从大量数据中获得电机驱动系统可靠性影响参数,为电动汽车电机驱动系统的可靠性分析打下基础。 在上述工作基础上,建立了以电机转速和电机扭矩为输入量的电动汽车电机驱动系统可靠性模型,利用MATLAB仿真软件对该可靠性模型进行了仿真。以中科院电工所研制的100/160KW纯电动客车电机驱动系统为例,进行纯电动客车电机驱动系统可靠性预计,获得纯电动客车电机驱动系统可靠性指标,如平均无故障工作时间和系统寿命等,并和示范运营历史数据比较,验证了模型的正确性,同时其可靠性预计结果验证了“十一五”提出的有关电动汽车电机驱动系统可靠性考核指标的合理性。 The development of electrical vehicles is promoted by energy crisis. As one of the key components of electric vehicles, the reliability of motor driving system has a direct influence on the extensive use of electric vehicles. Therefore, reliability research of motor driving system for electric vehicles is of a great importance. On the basis of analyzing the failure mode of motor driving system for electric vehicles, this paper builds its fault tree and analyzes qualitatively the reliability of it by using analytical method of fault tree. Through analysis of fault tree, this paper identifies the reliability weakness of the motor driving system and analyzes the affecting factors of system reliability. To obtain the reliability parameters of motor driving system, a test system for vehicles is developed, and this system has many merits, such as high accuracy, good synchronization, strong scalability, small size, convenient installation and so on. This test system for vehicles has been installed on 121 bus line of Beijing and a lot of data are obtained, so the reliability parameters of motor driving system can be got through sample analysis. This work establishes the reliability of motor driving system. On the basis of work mentioned above, this paper presents the reliability model of motor driving system for electric vehicles using motor speed and torque as input and simulates by using MATLAB simulation software. Taking the example of 100/160KW motor driving system for electric bus developed by Institute of Electrical Engineering of Chinese Academy of Science, this paper predicts its reliability, and obtains the reliability indicators, such as mean time between failures (MTBF), system lifespan and so on. By comparison result between reliability prediction and business historical data, the validity of the reliability model of motor driving system for electric vehicles is verified, Meanwhile the result of reliability prediction proves the rationality of the reliability indicators, proposed by the “eleventh Five-Year Plan”
