中文摘要机械性能是高温超导带材的一个重要特性。在实际应用中,高温超导带材将受到不同的拉应力作用。超导体受应力作用后,将产生应变,应力-应变的作用将影响高温超导芯的微观结构,从而引起超导体临界电流下降,并导致交流损耗的增大,所以超导体的临界电流及交流损耗与超导体所受的应力-应变密切相关。因此,对高温超导体的交流损耗及临界电流与应力-应变的关系的研究具有重要的现实意义。 本文设计了高温超导带材的拉伸设备,可以测量在拉伸应力作用下的高温超导带材的临界电流和交流损耗。 利用此设备测量了拉伸应力作用下不锈钢加强Bi-2223/Ag带材的临界电流,并且对拉伸应力对临界电流的影响进行了分析。同时还测量了YBCO的应力应变曲线和在拉伸应力下的临界电流,并与Bi-2223/Ag带材进行了分析比较。 研究了拉伸应力循环对不锈钢加强Bi-2223/Ag高温超导带材临界电流的影响。实验中测量了多根带材在不同拉伸应力循环下临界电流的变化情况,并对实验结果进行了分析。实验中同时测量了拉伸应力对Bi-2223/Ag带材临界电流均匀性的影响,对结果进行了分析并总结出规律。 最后研究了拉伸应力对交流损耗的影响。实验中测量了不同拉伸应力下Bi-2223/Ag和YBCO高温超导带材的交流损耗,分别进行了实验和理论分析。实验结果表明,两种带材在拉应力下交流损耗有不同的表现。 Mechanical strength is an important characteristic of High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) Tapes. In practical applications, HTS tapes are subjected to different tensile stresses. The stress causes strain in the HTS tapes, which changes the micro-structure of the filaments, thus resulting in decreasing critical current and increasing AC losses. Therefore, the critical current and AC losses of HTS tapes are directly related to tensile stresses and strains, and it is necessary to investigate their correlations. In this paper, a tensile testing device for measurement of critical current and AC losses of HTS tapes under tensile stresses was designed and implemented. The critical currents of steel reinforced Bi-2223/Ag HTS tapes under tensile stresses were measured and an analysis was made for the influence of tensile stress on critical current. At the same time, the stress-strain property and critical currents of YBCO tapes under tensile stresses were measured and compared with those of Bi-2223/Ag tapes. The influence of cyclical tensile stress on the critical current was also investigated. Critical currents of HTS tapes under different cyclical tensile stresses were measured and analyzed. An experiment was also conducted to study the change of critical current distribution of HTS tapes under tensile stresses. Finally, the AC losses of YBCO and Bi-2223 tapes under tensile stresses were studied by experiments and theoretical analysis. The results show the AC losses of YBCO and Bi-2223 behave differently under tensile stresses.
