中文摘要超导储能装置的电路结构有电压源型和电流源型两种。本文主要研究了超导储能(SMES)装置及其斩波器的电路结构和微型超导储能(SMES)装置及其斩波器的电路结构。 本文在第二章给出电流源型和电压源型SMES装置原理模型,并对SMES装置的基本特性进行了分析;本文的第三章是对电压源型SMES系统电路结构的讨论,这一章将三重化电压源型逆变器引入进来用于分析SMES系统的工作机理。为实现超导磁体、斩波器和逆变器三者之间的相互动态匹配,本文作者提出了多重化移相式二象限斩波器结构,对该结构建立了相应的电路模型,并给予了分析和仿真,同时提出了多重化斩波器均流的控制策略。本文的第四章针对微型储能装置在保护敏感负载的应用,提出了多重化移相式单项象限斩波器结构,并对该结构进行了分析和仿真。根据仿真结果,本文作者研制了一台25KJ/50V 六重化移相式斩波器装置。所以第五章将对装置的研制与试验结果进行分析和论述。 The emphasis of the research for Doctorate degree focused on the topologies of voltage-source type superconducting magnetic energy storage(SMES) systems and relevant choppers. In the first chapter, the applications and developments of SMES system were reviewed systematically. Based on this, the significance and the main research content of this thesis were proposed. In the second chapter, two principle models on current-source type and the voltage-source type SMES systems were raised to describe the performance of their transferring active and reactive power between the superconducting coil and the power network. In order to realize the dynamic match among the coil, the chopper and the inverter in a voltage-source SMES, a novel topology of phase-shifting multi-chopper was proposed in the third chapter. Further, to enforce the equality of the current division among choppers, a feedback loop with equalizer was give for the purpose of ensuring the equal division of superconducting current. Micro-SMES system can be used for protecting critical loads from voltage disturbances on the electrical distribution system. In order to maintain the voltage of the dc side capacitor at a specified value, a topology of phase-shifting multi-chopper was proposed in the chapter 4. Further, a relative simulation was performed. Based on the work in the chapter 4, an equipment with phase-shifting 6-chopper was developed, which run on 25KJ/50V. The chapter 5 demonstrated its construction and gave the experiment results. In the last part of the thesis, i.e., chapter 6, the main the conclusions obtained in this thesis were presented.
