中文摘要本文较全面地介绍了基于矢量控制的异步电机驱动系统及其相关林术的发展概况。针对电动汽车对电机驱动系统的要求,主要的分析和研究工作包括:对基于改进电压模型的转子磁链观测器进行了理论分析证明和实验研究,对零漂、死区补偿等问题采取了相应措施,效果良好。给出了基于电流偏差的解耀控制方法,有效提高了电流控制的动静态响应特性和系统宽调速范围内的稳定性,在此基础上进行了电流调节器的设计。对异步电机的弱磁运行进行了分析,推导出恒压弱磁时功率输出的电压表述形式,解释了输出功率下降的原因。提出了基于恒u_sq的弱磁控制方法,可保持电机的恒功率输出。其物理意义清楚,实现简单,不需要电机参数,鲁棒性强。给出了深度弱磁运行时的输出转矩分析及最大转矩控制实现方法。对电压型逆变器的PWM控制所产生的共模电压进行了分析,提出了共模电压与PWM调制注入谐波的关系。给出了一类可以减小共模电压的改进SVPWM方法,保持了传统方法的电压调制能力,不需要额外硬件装置,并进行了输出特性分析。大量的仿真和实验结果证明了上述分析和结论的正确性及所采用方法的有效性。 In this dissertation, the rotor field oriented induction motor drive system and related technical topics are comprehensively introduced. To meet the high performance requirements of EVs, related research work includes:The analysis, simulation and experiment have been done to the modified voltage model for rotor flux. Zero drift correction and dead-time compensation are effective for the modified voltage model. The decoupling voltage control based on the current error improves the dynamic response performance of the current loop and the stability in wide speed range. Based on above work, the current regulators are designed.Stator voltage equation of the induction motor's power output using constant voltage field weakening is concluded in this thesis and explains the reduction of the output power. To keep the constant power output, a constant q axis stator voltage control method for the field weakening operation is proposed. It is feasible and independent from the machine parameters. The maximum torque control for the deep field weakening is presented.Based on the analysis of the common mode voltage, improved SVPWM methods are proposed for the common mode voltage reduction in this thesis. Without extra hardware cost, these methods keep the same voltage modulation capacity as conventional one. The relationship of the common mode voltage and injected harmonics of the PWM is analyzed. Frequency spectra and timing characteristics of these methods are presented in this thesis.Above analysis, conclusions and proposed methods are proved with simulation and experiment results.
