文中主要对干旱、洪涝、冰雹、霜冻、大雪、雷暴等的地区分布及危害农业生产过程作简要分析，以供有关部门在指挥生产，安排农事活动，趋利避害与农林牧业的合理布局等方面参考。

In this paper, the distributions of dry, flood, hail, frost, heavy snow, strong wind and thunderstorm areas together with their harm degrees for the agricultural productions are brefly analyzed.
