英文摘要Design of cell structure and layer arrangement of the BES III drift chamber are presented. The effect of stereo angles and the layers at axial-stereo boundaries on the drift-time-to-distance relation are discussed. In addition, the optimization of layer radius is performed based on the drift-time-to-distance relation.
