英文摘要The pH of mitochondria (pH(m)) has a close relationship with many biological processes. Here we developed a new indicator Mito-pH-1 for the ratiometric fluorescence detection of the mitochondria pH value, which has excellent tolerance to environmental change. And Mito-pH-1 has been used for the first time to monitor the change of pHm under temperature and H2O2 stimuli in living cells.
