英文摘要	We calculate the D-s(+) --> phi transition form factors V, A(0), A(1) and A(2), and study the semileptonic decay of D-s(+) --> phi(l) over barv based on the QCD sum rule method. We compare our results of the ratios of V(0)/A(1)(0), A(2)(0)/A(1)(0), Gamma(L)/Gamma(T), and the total decay branching ratio of D-s(+) --> phi(l) over bar nu with the experimental data and find that they are consistent.
