英文摘要By mean of the instantaneous Bethe-Salpeter equation, the effect of negative energy component of Dirac spinor on the one-gluon exchange interaction is studied. Through the calculation of N and Delta baryon spectra, one sees that the effect changes the potential parameters significantly, however leaves the global structures of the spectra almost untouched.
