英文摘要Functionalized silole with chiral structure was synthesized by convenient hydrosilylation reaction of 1-methyl- 2,3,4,5-tetraphenyl-1H-silole with 1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-diol (BINOL) derivative. The new functionalized silole is aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminogen and shows chiral character of BINOL. The designed compound demonstrates highly potential to detect explosive in aqueous suspension because of its special steric structure. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
