英文摘要We investigate the structure of corona above thin disk around supermassive black hole, based on the disk evaporation model (Meyer & Meyer-Hofmeister 1994). The properties are found to be similar to that in stellar systems. Equilibrium between the corona and thin disk determines transitions from accretion via thin disk to coronal flow/ADAF. The mode of dominant accretion process, and the transition radius, depends on the mass accretion rate tin units of Eddington rate). The prediction is consistent with observations for several specific objects. We propose that different states of nuclear activities from underluminous elliptical galaxies to luminous AGNs arise from different accretion modes, which is determined by the equilibrium between disk and corona.
