英文摘要	The polyguluronic acid obtained from alginate was degraded through acid hydrolysis. The oligosaccharides mixture was fractionated by LPGPC and HPLC methods, and Fluorophore-Assisted-Carbohydrate-Electrophoresis (FACE) was used to confirm their purity. The structure of these oligosaccharides were determined as diguluronic, triguluronic, tetraguluronic and pentaguluronic acids by IR, ESI/ MS/MS and 1D, 2D NMR techniques.
