英文摘要	A novel 11,20:1,20-diepoxy-ent-kaurane diterpenoid, maoye-crystal I (1), was isolated from Isodon japonicus, and its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparison with another new ent-kauranoid, rubescein W (2) form Isodon rubescens var. taihangensis. The structure of 2 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. A bioassay of their cytotoxicity against K562 cells showed that the oxetane group 1 might be a bioreactive moiety.
